RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS


At the Burgess Collection, we want you to love your purchases. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Our team will happily process your return or exchange in accordance with our return policy.


RETURN POLICY

  • Items received outside our 14-day refund window, within 30 days of receipt, will be considered for store credit/exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Only items purchased from www.theburgesscollection.com are eligible for exchange.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for returns or store credits to be applied.
  • SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All returns require a return authorization. Please email info@theburgesscollection.com to request a return authorization.

The Burgess Collection is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages.
